We’ve been running our 24 hour spring and autumn yoga & sauna retreats since September 2023 in partnership with Yoga by Jenny
Jenny and I are good yoga pals and we felt there was a need for a shorter, more accessible retreat for people who find it hard to get away for more than a night, or for those who want to try a retreat experience without having to commit to a whole week or weekend. It turned out we were right – our 24 hour retreat has proven very popular with regular sell outs, wait lists and repeat guests. So much so that we’re developing our offering to include 24 hour, 48 and 72 hour options.Based in beautiful Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire at the Hebden Bridge hostel and the Calderdale Yoga Centre .Hebden Bridge is within an hour from Manchester and Leeds airports, and trainlines to London, Leeds, Manchester and Sheffield.
24 Hour Autumn Retreat 2026
Friday 2nd to Saturday 3rd October
24 hours to yoga, sauna, eat well, sleep well, rest and relax!
The yoga is accessible to your needs, the food delicious, plentiful & vegetarian, the sauna is woodfired, warm & welcoming on your arrival! You can treat this as a digital detox too if you like.
Starting Friday afternoon and ending Saturday afternoon, you can be home by Saturday evening feeling fully rested and restored.
48 Hour Retreat - Spring 2027
Like the 24 hour but with an extra night!
This means extra sauna, extra yoga, extra nourishment and extra down time.
You’ll be home by Sunday evening, ready to start a new week feeling extra rested and refreshed!
72 hour summer retreat 2027
72 hours is thought to be the time needed to really switch off, allow your nervous system to regulate and really get the benefits from a digital detox.
So this one includes digital detox, silent sessions, morning meditation, sensory walks and yes, more sauna!
