We’ve been running our spring and autumn yoga & sauna retreats since September 2023 in partnership with Yoga by Jenny
Jenny and I are good yoga pals and we felt there was a need in the retreat world for a shorter more accessible retreat for people who find it hard to get away for more than a night, or for those who want to try a retreat experience without having to commit to a whole week or weekend. It turned out we were right – our 24 hour retreat has proven very popular with regular sell outs and repeat guests. So much so that we’ve decided to develop our retreat programme to include 24 hour, 48 and 72 hour options.
Based in beautiful Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire at the Hebden Bridge hostel and the Calderdale Yoga Centre .Hebden Bridge is within an hour from Manchester and Leeds airports, and trainlines to London, Leeds and Manchester.

72 hour summer retreat with digital detox. Includes silent sessions, morning meditation, sensory walks and yes, more sauna. 72 hours is said to be the amount of time we need to regulate our nervous system and really get the benefits from a digital detox.
