Hatha Yoga for balance and ease

Safe and supportive class, based on hatha yoga, suitable for beginners & improvers.

Strength and suppleness are equally important for your body to function well so with emphasis on both, you’ll build strength, stability, find greater freedom of movement and bring your body into balance. You'll learn practices proven to help with stress reduction and the various musculo-skeletal issues associated with daily life – desk work, driving, screen use, gardening and so on!

With the principle of ahimsa (non-harm) at the heart of the practice, you’ll stay within a comfortable range of movement and begin to feel more at ease in your whole body and in yourself.
